Friendly personnel, comfy bed. AMAZING location, 25 minutes' drive from Orly airport.
-
Located in the lovely area, the hotel offered tourist-friendly prices. 30 minutes drive to the airport:)))

I arrived very late in the evening and left very early in the morning, so I didn´t expend enough time to answer this question
Very small room.
-
The staff was very helpsome and kind

Cleanliness
Rude staff, quite expensive for room size, had asked for large double bed but got two twin ones.wouldnt be going there again.
-
It was clean - close to gare de nord and in a central position for what we wanted to do.
The small slow lift was a bit of a turnoff - it needed a bit of upgrading - taps toilet etc.
-
only room cleanning.
it was very very old furnuture and very old hotel , its not Booked.net styl , sory for my words but realy l was unhappy with that hotel! you have to take out this hotel from your list!

We stayed in room 441. Room was big enough to open 2 luggage at the same time. There is a small bathtub in the bathroom.
It would be nice for a kettle & free internet access in the room. We have to request to switch on the power supply for the air-con in our room. Carpet in the room was slightly dirty, we have to wear bedroom slippers.
-
Fair enough..
Minibar was stinking like a dead body was inside. Therefore we didn't use it. And toilet seat needs to be changed.

The hotel is located in a lively area - cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, near the Folies Bergère, but in a quiet street. The hotel is not big and I liked its intimate atmosphere. As we stayed for 7 days, we were given a large room with a large table, so we could sit and eat. The bathroom is very pleasant because it has been refurbished.
I would advise you to remove the wall to wall carpet and old wallpaper and clean the stairs.

Location was good.
The common areas, like stairs and corridors, were very poorly kept - old, stained, tatty carpets, crumbling and dirty walls - it needs a complete refurb. Walking to my room through this my heart sank and I really thought I had walked into a disaster zone. That said, the room itself wasn't so bad. It's also good that they do room service till late (1.30am) - though I wasn't inclined to order any given the state of the place.
-
The room was not clean very well. Blanchet, pillow were dirty. There are a lot of dust.
-
The price and the front desk staff were all very nice and helpful.
I would prefer some sort of coffee to be given in the morning. You had to buy the breakfast to get coffee so we opted not to and went to Starbucks instead.
